An etched line as a trace of a thought.
A borderline as the footprints of our socio political spheres.
Is a drawn line the frontier between intangibles?

My art practice navigates between the myths and beliefs across cultures,
it questions socio political matters and the drawn lines that geographically and culturally have been imposed on us.
A dialogue within myself and the times I happen to live for a moment.
My motifs are carried with a world of symbolism thus carrying a narrative.
I think through drawn lines and I seek to materialize the gesture and movement of my concepts and thoughts.

Site-specific wall paintings, light projections, printmaking, drawing and found objects installations
are the instruments I primarily use through my work.
I like to feel the mediums in my hands, the power and the strength of each line,
tracing its movement and defining its own direction, through the grounds on distinct format surfaces.

I'm interested in contrasts such as the relation between life and death, light and darkness, and their transitional lines.
My artwork goes from intimate etchings to large scale site-specific wall paintings.
