Is a drawn line the border between intangibles?
Perhaps life is a passage. Perhaps death might be a passage as well.
Both of them being taken by a circle, being guided by the direction of the line.
There is no life without death and no death without life.
They belong to each other.
One and the other are complementary colors, entering within a circle.
A state of transition.
Printmaking, drawing, wall paintings and video projections are the visual mediums
I use through my work as a way of expressing my concepts, emotions and thoughts.
I like to feel the materialized mediums through my hands and the direction of the line and it's movement,
making it's own way through the grounds on distinct surfaces.
I question the drawn lines that geographically have been imposed on us.
Imaginary lines that create boundaries and divisions, establishing a differentiation between the other and myself.
Forgetting that it is only through the others that we can recognize ourselves.
My art practice questions socio political aspects, as well as the intangible beliefs and myths
across cultures surrounding the concept of death and after life, emphasizing the states of transitions among them.
